Mission of IGM
Training the christian workers to be skilled labourers is the task of the universal church. When the well trained workers go into the vineyard of God there will be greater results. Today many individuals are coming forward to serve the lord but it is sad to say that all of them are not well equipped to carry out the mission. We, as IBTC, have dedicated our lives to import the spiritual truths in the hearts of dedicated workers. India, being a multi-religious and multi-cultural context we face so many issues. So we engage in intra-personal dialogue and then we go before the learners and impower them to face mounting challenges. We are not satisfied with lecturing alone our method transcends lecturing and we give opportunity to the students to open up, raise issues and we encourage sharing from their side too. Its a kind of ancient eastren concept 'Gurukula' where the teacher makes the daily life a lesson to his disciplines with personal touch and constant encouragement. We trust in god preparing skilled workers as the holy spirit guides us we present our curriculam with the sole aim of Glorifying God and thus extending his kingdom our motto being 'Commit the word to them that Commit' we dedicate to be faithful in this aspect. Please uphold us in prayer for the wisdom from above.
Vision of IGM
As we have been Commisioned by the prophet of god.we now set our hand to write the vision, sothat "He that runs may read it, the vision having been clearly written and made plan" (Habakkuk 2:2)
To build up the body of Christ by Networking with all Churches, as well as with local and international ministries this networking is to provide experienced leadership ministries to the small, local Church, to Encourage unity and fellowship among Pastors Church Leaders and Para-Church Groups, through active Service.
To go with the lifeline of the Gospel, Wherein we desire to Educate with Love, Integrity and without Comprimise.
To cross cultural, racial and denominational lines for unity fellowship, networking and progress. to have an open door to all of like faith who desire to join with us in a common goal for the highest good. To proclaim one cross for all cultures, races, denominations and peoples.
To go wherever there is a need, to rich or poor, to majorities, to large and small Churches, to free and incarcerated to go where many fail to go and to meet the need before us.
To make opportunities available, to those called to Minister, to expand their Horizons through new associations experiences to aid new youngest Ministers in fulfilling God's call on their lives.
God has changed us with propogating the Gospel through education to whoever will this education is offered through certificate programs that teach the basics of christianity and degree programs for those seeking more in-depth levels in christian teachings.
To make available to students the opportunity for education as well as learning practical application, in traditional and non-traditional settings.
To cause all persons with which we associate to catch a vision, to dream yet another dream, and to keep their eyes on Jesus, The author and finisher of their faith.
To encourage each person(all persons) to move out of his/her(their) comfort zone, to be all he/she (they) can be for christ and to fulfill the call upon their lifes (lives), to encourage each one (them) to pursue his/her (their) purpose, to live upto his/her (their) potential and to produce the fruit of the spirit.
